Well first step to the process is have good punctuation because if your correcting or criticizing someone else and you need correction its very embarrassing and stupid. Another tip is don´t write a whole paragraph  and it dosen´t make any sense because unless its a teacher i´m not going to read a paragraph of criticizing.
